Other Fees $500-$750 Lender Attorney Fee to review and approve all corp entity docs
$300-$400 (Actual) Attorney Fee to draw lender closing documents (per lien)
$1,000-$1,500 Lender fee for processing, underwriting and inspection
Actual Prepaid interest, escrows (taxes and insurance), etc.
Plus all other 3rd Party fees (Title policy, recording, survey, etc.)
Additional fees may apply for curative title work completed by lender
