Upfront Fees: 

  • $250-$500 Appraisal/BPO Fee (Broker's Price Opinion per tract)
  • $500-$750 Lender Attorney Fee to review and approve all corp entity docs
    (up front fee will be credited toward total attorney fees for
    entity approval and lender closing documents on HUD-1)

 

Other Fees:

  • $300-$400 (actual) Attorney Fee to draw lender closing docs
  • $1,000-$1,500 Lender fee for processing, underwriting and inspection
  • Actual Prepaid interest, escrows (taxes and insurance), etc
  • Plus all other 3rd Party fees (Title policy, recording, survey...etc)
  • Additional fees may apply for curative title work completed by lender
