GCMAC is a San Antonio, Texas based direct private / hard money lender.  Our lending area will vary a little depending on property type.

Commercial, Investment (Non-Rehab),   Raw Land (developed or undeveloped):

GCMAC is currently ONLY lending in the greater San Antonio and Corpus Christi metro areas.  Other areas of SOUTH and CENTRAL Texas are considered on a case-by-case basis.

REHAB Loans:

The REHAB loan program is currently NOT available.
