Private Hard Money Lending Parameters
GCMAC offers hard money/private money lending in TEXAS ONLY (primarily in South Texas, but other areas of Texas are considered on a case-by-case basis). Other areas of SOUTH and CENTRAL Texas will be considered on a case-by-case basis. GCMAC does not lend outside of Texas or on a primary / homestead residence.
GCMAC is a DIRECT LENDER of hard money/private money. However, we do have outside sources of hard money/private money financing available for scenarios that don't fit our lending parameters or may not be in our lending area. Feel free to submit your scenario and we will let you know we can help.
